By submitting a film to the festival, you agree to the following terms:

  1. You confirm that the information provided in your submission is accurate and complete.

  2. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the film and all related materials.

  3. You grant the festival permission to screen your film as part of the festival if it is selected.

  4. You grant the festival permission to use the film title, synopsis, director name, poster, stills, trailer, and other submitted promotional materials for festival promotion, including on its website, social media, program, and promotional materials.

  5. Submission does not guarantee that your film will be selected or screened.

  6. The festival reserves the right to determine the films included in its program and the screening schedule.

  7. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted film and materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.

  8. By submitting, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
